All officers will have some responsibilities with regard to organizing and hosting annual training events.

CHAIRPERSON: Call meetings. Communicate with members. One year committment.

CHAIRPERSON-ELECT: Serve in the absence of the Chairperson and assist the chairperson in their duties. Two-year commitment (one year as Chairperson-elect, one year as Chairperson). Elected every year.

SECRETARY/TREASURER: Keep financial files and official documents of incorporation in order. Keep minutes of business meetings. Two-year commitment, elected every even year.
